Our returns policy has been simplified for your convenience.

1: Within 3 days of receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with the item(s) then simply email us at or call us on (include UK prefix code) with your order number and the reason for return.

2: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your order.

3: As soon as your returned order has been received by us in good condition and without any damage to the item(s), we will either replace or refund your order.

4: We process all refunds within 14 days from receipt of your returned order. Replacements will be subject to availability at the time and if we are unable to replace the item(s) immediately, we will let you know when we can replace the item(s).

Our simple terms:

1: Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt of your actual order. Returned items must be repacked in the original packaging.

2: Proof of purchase will be required and a valid order number may also be required. Please retain proof of purchase and any order number(s) issued by us.

3: Refunds do not include delivery charges. We will only refund the cost of the item(s).

4: Our standard site terms and conditions also apply.

5: We cannot accept a claim for a refund on any item(s) that is lost in transit without proof of postage from you for the returned item(s).
